Hi Anna,

Welcome to the forum! I'm glad to hear that you want to start making your own chocolate. It can be an intimidating process at first, but once you get the right materials, you'll end up with a good amount of high-quality chocolate.

Here's the materials you need:

Santha wet/dry grinder (an absolute must-have)
Juicer, preferably Champion brand
Marble, granite or Silestone slab
Non-pourous cutting board
Cocoa Bean Cracker (recommended; it is possible to use a hammer)
Pastry scraper
Soft rubber spatula
Large microwave-safe bowl
2-3 smaller glass/ceramic bowls
Tempering thermometer
Chocolate chipper
Parchment paper
Chocolate tablet moulds (optional)
Cotton batting
Medical grade 2oz/60cc plastic syringe with plastic nozzle
Microwave
Scale
Hair Blow Dryer

Ingredients:

liquid lecithin
cocoa beans
cocoa butter
1granulated cane sugar
vanilla bean or extract

Hope this helps you, and good luck!
