I have purchased some sanchez beans through the site and wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions on how to roast them as far as time. I have a ronco roaster and purchased a drum. Any idea on time frame?

It all depends on the application and what are you planning to do with it. Try 27 to 30 minutes and another one for 20 minutes. Another way is to hear the first pops and when it starts smelling great, then it's time to turn it off and cool the beans.

There's quite a few ways to roast cocoa beans, and no single "correct" method.

You can find a few examples of this here.
